On Thursday, November 4th, The Business, Industrial & Professional Assoication of Palmer Township (BIP) held its 44th Annual Civic Trust Awards banquet. At the banquet Jeff Kicska,, founder and coordinator of the Palmer5K race and member of the BIP Board of Directors presented a check for $5,000 to Ric Agretto, President of MLNC. For the past 10 years proceeds from this race, which is held in conjunction with the annual Palmer Days event at Fairview Park, have been donated to MLNC which to this point has totaled approximately $50,000. The players and board of directors thank the BIP for their continued support of our organization.
Faulkner Subaru of Bethlehem donates to MLNC
At the MLNC’s Batting and Base Running event on Saturday, May 22, 2021, David Kopew and Jared Neff of Faulkner Subaru of Bethlehem presented a donation check of $10,196 as part of Subaru’s “Love Promise Award” program to Ric Agretto, President of the Miracle League of Northampton County. In their news release Faulkner Subaru states:
“Faulkner Subaru has been recognized for going above and beyond in supporting the causes and passions that are most important to Subaru owners. Faulkner’s generosity extends this year to the Miracle League of Northampton County, an organization that provides an opportunity for children and adults with disabilities to play baseball at a facility that meets the unique needs of the players and their families. This year Faulkner Subaru along with Subaru of America, Inc. will donate over $10,000 to this heartwarming organization.” To see the full news release click here.

Easton Knights of Columbus Make Presentation
First Energy Makes Donation
The Miracle League of Northampton County received a very generous gift from the First Energy Foundation this Holiday Season. First Energy is the parent company of Met-Ed with an office in Forks Township. The players and Board of Directors of MLNC thank the employees of First Energy for this donation. Knights of Columbus Donation
At the 2018 MLNC Holiday Party Mike Hunsicker of the Knights of Columbus Union Council 345 in Easton presented a donation check for $1,000 to Jennifer Dietrick, President of the Miracle League of Northampton County and a check for $2,000 to Amanda Sechrist, Director of the Northampton Special Olympics. We thank Mike and the Knights of Columbus for their continued support of the Miracle League and Special Olympics.
Knights of Columbus of Bangor Donation
On September 15, 2018, Board member Bob Lammi visited the Knights of Columbus in Bangor to accept a donation to MLNC. Each year the Knights of Columbus hold car washes with the proceeds going to a non-profit. This past summer the Knights held a car wash with the proceeds being donated to our league. We thank the Knights for choosing us for this year’s donation. At the presentation, Lammi gave the group an overview of the MLNC on what we do.
